"I'd rather die enormous than live dormant" - 6 Steps to Reach Your Goals!

"I'd rather die enormous than live dormant" - Hov

(RiRi CAUSE SHE'S A QUEEN!)

What do you really have to lose?

Sure, who am I to be writing this in the first place, I literally have so many goals I'm in the process of hitting. . . & I also am someone who has lost 50+ lbs, graduated early from high school, received a full-ride academic scholarship to a private University, achieved As in university after being on academic probation (taught myself how to study), and finally reached my goal of having abs lol. Which, BTW ! I know so many people way smarter and more qualified to give life advice, but since they're not, and since y'all probably need someone more relatable, here I am bb!

Anyway!

What you want will always change and that’s great! There is good news and bad news; let's start with the bad news first because, I like to end things on a good note, you know? The bad news is that you will have the same results you have now if your actions stay the same and you'll stray further from your goal. :( . . & that's no fun. However, the good news is that you can have whatever you want as long as you give it your all and practice perseverance mixed with patience on your journey to that end goal.

In your heart is a heart of a champion, I know it, and you can do whatever it is that you set your mind to!

I've done both, succeeded & f****d (the other f word, not f*ck). . like I mentioned academic probation, and throughout college, my family would joke that I'll either get an A or F because there's really no in-between for me. . I'm not tripping about this though, it helped me gain character, and the classes I didn't pass I retook and got A's (all or nothing mentality). Most entrepreneurs are like this, and since I'm getting paid then I will call myself that, yes. Nonetheless, that's why I'm writing this, from the perspective of a self-reflective all or nothing go-getter who has made some baskets and missed many others. . . Let's be real, the f word isn't an option so, my aim is to take what I've learned about persistence, faith, and grit, then wrap it up in a bow, seal it with a kiss, and give it to you in a pretty basket!

Also, as I started my journey, I wished that someone was out there in the midst of figuring out how to reach their goals kind of talking about how s****y it can be and how awesome it is on the best days. Being an entrepreneur a.k.a artrepreneur is not glamorous until you're ballin ballin/made it.

Back to you. . my love, my sunshine, my dear. . The truth is that we each have resources to create our lives how we'd like them to be, while the journey to there varies from person to person, & from goal to goal; it's definitely possible. The how isn't important, you can't determine it, but you can determine the amount of effort you put in each day.

Remember, "The human race built most nobly when limitations were greatest, and therefore where most was required of imagination in order to build it at all."- Frank Lloyd Wright, famed American architect.

(your goals might not include flexing, lol I ain't judging, you do you bb, okay!)

6 steps to reach for your goals

1. Define exactly what you want

2. Find out through google or any reliable source how exactly that goal is attained

3. Give an exact date you want it by

4. Make a schedule and/or write every night before bed what it is you have to do the next day.

5. Remind yourself of your goal and goal date every morning and evening.

6. Do the things you need to do to get to your goal, start at a minimum of one action per day, then add onto it until it’s the passion that drives you to do many things for your growth.

It's okay to mess up or for it to not be perfect, you'll get better with time, life is a skill. Haha, but as long as you do one thing you can see every day, you're good, and that's a word from one of my grandma's whose husband was a major BOSS & she kept the house immaculate.

You can keep doing what you’re doing and get the same results you've been getting. . or you can take a leap into the unknown sooner than later and achieve dreams bigger than you can even imagine.

Small improvements create the greatest results.

Be kind to yourself! <3
